📦 Return Process

You can send returns using our contracted shipping company by filling out the return form provided to you completely and legibly.

• Returned product

if delivered perfectly;

• For purchases made with a credit or debit card, the refund amount will be credited to the same card.
• For purchases made with bank transfer, the refund amount will be sent to your IBAN account.
• The information on the return form must be complete and legible

✅ Return Conditions

• You can return the product within 7 days after receiving it.
• Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
  • Products with odor, stains, or deformities,
  • Products with the security tag removed or detached

🌀 Exchange Policy

Product exchanges are not available. However, you can return the current product and reorder the new product.
